Rated 1 out of 5 by lynster from promised 8 hrs got 5 this tour was advertised as 480 minutes which equals 8 hrs. we only were out for 5. everything was rushed. not at all satisfied. asked guide about ghost town that is in write up she told me I was mistaken, but, at the Clark county museum there is a ghost town there the guide was not at all knowledgeable about the tour.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ZachAndJenny from Phenomenal experience! By far, our FAVORITE part of our trip to Vegas! My husband and I went on the Las Vegas museums tour on Wednesday, March 4, 2015. Our driver's name was Gary and he was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!! Not only was Gary incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, he was EXTREMELY kind, respectful, professional, funny, and easy going!!!! Gary made the whole trip so relaxed and so much fun!!!! Gary took us to see the Clark County museum for about one hour and 20 minutes, which was the PERFECT amount of time to see the inside and outside parts of this outstanding museum!! We went early in the morning (at 9:00 a.m. right when it opened) and we basically had the entire place to ourselves! It was wonderful!! Then, we boarded the bus/van at 10:25 a.m. and headed to the Neon Signs Boneyard, which was a one hour guided tour of all of the old neon signs. This was really fascinating too, and it is completely outside. The weather was terrific for us to be outside for the guided tour! Our last stop was the Mob museum, and this is REALLY interactive!!! We got to take a mug shot in there and watch all kinds of videos and read lots of information about the mobsters! Gary gave us almost two hours to go through the Mob museum, which is all inside on three different levels. This was the perfect amount of time! We got to see everything without feeling rushed!! Between the Neon Signs Boneyard and the Mob museum we ate lunch at a food court that offered Mexican, Asian and Italian food. It was delicious and Gary paid $6.00 towards our meal, which only left us with a balance of about $2.00! It was such a great experience and we HIGHLY recommend it to anyone!!!!! It does take about 7 hours to complete (we got back to our hotel around 3:00 p.m. and started at 8:15 a.m.) so please make sure you plan to be on the tour for all of the morning and most of the afternoon! We hope you have as much fun as we did!!! ENJOY!!!

This experience with this tour company was really bad, the vehicle was old and dirty, the driver his image was not professional, he looked like he needs a shower, the tour was so boring, cheap food, I will never gonna buy anything from this company any more, and I will not recommended, and I like to get my money back.
