Arrive an hour before your service -- you won't regret it. Spa Aquae's main attraction is the ritual room, located in both the men's and women's separate spa areas. Each ritual room comes with a separate warm float and cold plunge pool, a whirlpool tub, sauna and steam room.

Ladies, bring your bathing suit if you want to enjoy the outdoor co-ed area. Surrounded by garden waterfalls, join your sweetie for a dip in the hydrocircuit pool. This pool features six chambers, each with a different current designed to stimulate your body's circulation. Rinse off in a cascading waterfall shower, help yourselves to refreshments and sprawl out in one of the lounges. All you're missing here is the white sand beach.

Your trip to paradise doesn't stop here: Spa Aquae offers a large menu of island-inspired massages, facials and body treatment. The spa attendant leads you into a co-ed relaxation room a few minutes before your treatment. This room offers comfortable lounges, dim lighting and soft music.

The coconut crème body treatment hydrates your skin while detoxifying your system. After an invigorating sugar cane and warm coconut milk scrub, your therapist applies exotic oils and a nourishing body butter to your skin. You'll smell and feel like you just came from the tropics. Can't get enough? The 100-minute Paradise manicure and pedicure treatment uses the same products as the body treatment, but emphasizes "solely" on your hands and feet. End the mani-pedi with your choice of polish color.

The 25-minute Fijian scalp massage treatment can be added to any massage, facial or body treatment. Your therapist uses a Fijian coconut bowl used to pour warm exotic oils onto your scalp, followed by a gentle massage. You'll leave feeling more relaxed and your hair will be shinier, too.

Besides spa treatments, Spa Aquae offers a large fitness facility with views of the outdoor waterfalls. Yoga and spin classes are also available. The salon next door features manicures and pedicures, as well as make-up application, waxing and hair services.
