Renowned country music singer-songwriter Vince Gill will be playing his classic hits late this summer when he stops in Vegas for a one-night concert engagement at the Palms Hotel and Casino.
Best known for his spellbinding vocals and heartfelt lyrics, Gill emerged onto the country music scene in the early '80s and has been cranking out hits ever since. Most famous for songs including "When I Call Your Name," "Go Rest on That High Mountain" and "One More Last Chance," Gill has become an icon in the country music world with more than 17 more CMA honors, including Song of the Year four times – making him the most-awarded artist in that category in CMA history.
Additionally, the revered musician has received 20 Grammy Awards, has sold more than 26 million albums and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007. Also a member of the Grand Ole Opry, Gill has evolved with the times to remain current with the progressive music scene. Most recently releasing the album "Bakersfield" in 2013, Gill gave his fans new hits such as "Foolin' Around" and "Together Again" that tie in the new country sound with the old but nonetheless deliver his classic sound that listeners have always loved.
Don't miss your chance to join Gill and his band (which is made up of Willie Weeks, bass; Billy Thomas, drums; Tim Akers, keyboards; Jeff White, guitar, vocals and Paul Franklin, steel guitar) for a night of classic country during this one-night Vegas engagement.
