Sample Akira Back's menu of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine and enjoy his sake (yes, this chef has his own private label sake). Or if have some cash to burn (and who doesn't in Vegas?), order the Frozen Beauty. This is Yellowtail's most expensive sake -- each bottle is priced at $2,400. The lounge also offers a variety of Japanese beers and specialty cocktails like the Dragonfire, Lychee and Blossom.
