Tilted Kilt is a sports bar that blends elements of English, Scottish and Irish pub culture. It's located in The LINQ Promenade's central plaza next door to Sprinkles.
When it comes to watching the day's big games, there are plenty of flat-screen TVs spread around the joint for viewing. Not only can you see American sports, but Tilted Kilt also broadcasts major soccer matchups and tournaments -- just beware of calling it "soccer" here, as that might earn you a red card. Pool tables and dart boards are on hand for competitive guests.
No one goes hungry or thirsty at Tilted Kilt. The grill-style food includes juicy burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, Irish nachos and pub pretzels, which are served with the bar's signature Guinness beer cheese sauce. Classic fish and chips, shepherd's pie, wraps and wings are also on the menu.
The beer and spirits list is impressive as well. At least 20 beers are on tap, including iconic draughts like Guinness, Smithwick's and Budweiser. Beer cocktails and other creative drinks along with aged whiskey, wines and an array of bottled beers are available. And you can take advantage of "Hoppy Hour" and "Beer of the Month" specials.
Plus, Tilted Kilt features shapely servers donning mini kilts and plaid bras. Hence the tagline: "A cold beer never looked so good." The male staff is more conservatively attired in black kilts and T-shirts, but oh how we wish Tilted Kilt would take a cue from the episode of "Modern Family" that was filmed in Vegas and add a half-naked male revue like the "Kilty Pleasures" to their roster.
