Rated 3 out of 5 by from was nice but other options better. Suite was nice, large and spacious along with being clean and quite. only issues was drains in tub and sinks were very slow and when water from tub drained it backed up in shower causing a sewer smell. did not have a stocked mini fridge or a coffee machine very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I was in a suite on the highest floor. Room was outdated, dusty, no closet, small room, and we had a Huge Roach that was in our room for 2 days. Hotel customer service did not accommodate us with a new room. We had to wait 2 hrs for housekeeping to remove the Roach. 3 people had to come to assist since the Roach was huge and it ran behind the bed. It was a complete nightmare.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Staff Staff was friendly and helpful, especially at check in. The newly remodeled room was beautiful. Drawbacks; the renovations have not been completed in the hallways, but no big deal. There was very limited entertainment in the lounges, what there was ended by 10pm. I t seems that the goal is to keep you at the table or the slot machines putting in money. They charge for everything and charge a lot. Even as a hotel guest you have to pay for parking. Drinks were very expensive

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Or what I was expecting I wanted to go to one of the best hotels in Vegas and that was not the case! Dirty etc. But the most strange thing was that is not a welcoming place.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad and too few staff; misleading reservation fees The wait for checking in was crazy long (over 30min) and got worse later in the evening with only a few staff working where it was probably over an hour wait. Additional "resort fees" of almost $100 were charged at check-in that were not mentioned on the Vegas.com booking. One of the two rooms that I reserved had not been cleaned from the previous guests. When I asked that it be turned over while we went out for around an hour I was told they would do it, but it never happened. I then spent probably another 45 min after that trying to get in touch with someone in management to just get moved to a new clean room as it was getting quite late at this point. Overall a bad experience and I do not plan on ever going back to this hotel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Luxor is a good price point If you’re just looking to go to Vegas and need a place that’s budget friendly Luxor is your place. The room shows its age and was in need of remodeling. We were disappointed the pool was closed because all info I could find said it was open, which leads me to the resort fees, what were we paying for!! The pool is the only thing that you would could as maybe something that fee would be for! We were very unhappy to pay 170 $ for something that I have no idea what it was for!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed We chose this hotel specifically because my partner has a deep love for Egypt and staying a pyramid is top tier for him. Unfortunately, the hotel is falling apart and it seems as though priorities are not aligned with repairs but rather quick fixes that are easily spotted. The room has an overall kinda grimey feel. Sticky furniture, dirty mirrors/windows, peeling paint, old caulk, carpet that feels slightly moist all the time. A lot of things are outdated. Our room was a suite and had a small fridge but no coffee pot or microwave. I had to track down housekeeping several times for towels, toilet paper, etc. I signed up for minimal housekeeping services but we never saw anyone, in 7 days our room wasn't touched. Every single day there were maintenance employees scaling the outside of the pyramid like Spiderman. Ropes beating against the windw from 8am to about 4pm. Every. Single. Day. One morning we had no hot water. We waited until 1 pm and just ended up saying forget it and went out unshowered. The next night no water at all. NO WATER. We couldn't even flush the toilet or wash our hands. The following morning at 7am or so we were woke up by what sounded like the entire security force, maintenance crew and management outside our door. Talking very loudly. On their walkie talkies, talking to each other, setting up fans to apparently deal with a burst pipe or something. It was insane. The elevators were not clean at all, the outside was covered with cigarette butts, trash andnmultiple bags of dog poop. (Should be tended to by dog owners but it surelybcant just sit). We were offered a refund of the resort fees and 150 in food/beverage credits. It was kind enough but honestly the room situation put a huge damper on the trip we saved a year for. And apparently since we booked through Vegas.com amd its considered a third-party they couldn't refund anymore. Also just an fyi...many attractions were really more centrally located on the strip and we felt very far away from them.
