Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Tour, worth the price The tour was great, the tour bus was comfortable and included adequate stops for the trip. The guide was knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The only reason I gave four stars is because of the lunch and service at the restaurant. But overall great views of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam for those that want to cross those off their bucket lists!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Day! This was an excellent overall trip to see the sights. Our guide Chris was phenomenal! Everything we did was as he explained it would be. Never being to the west rim (or any part of the Canyon) I learned a lot about the surrounding areas, the Hualapai Indian Nation and the Joshua tree. Chris was spot on. Both him and our driver were friendly and helpful. We spent the right amount of time at each stop (Hoover Dam and Lake Mead as well). Pictures you have seen of these places don’t do them justice. You really have to see it!! This tour was a great way to see them. On the way back keep your eyes up on the tops of the mountains. I caught sight of a ram basking in the sun. Was a pretty awesome sight to see! Enjoy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible experience Guide left us at first stop. Had no instructions as to what to do where to go. Other people also were lost. Bus was 30 miin late and 5 people were 45 min late getting back to bus. We wound up sitting in bus for 2.5 hrs at end of day because we didn't know what to do. Ruined the trip. Guide attempted to give a souvenir to apologize but it was beyond making up at that point. Correct history not given. Tour guide not trained well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from False and deceptive advertising The site is not updated. While in Vegas, I booked two tours. The site showed that bookings were available. Immediately after booking, the tour company called me to tell me all tours were booked and I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. I had over $700 frozen while on vacation. Never use Vegas.com for bookings.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disorganized 4 Tour Guides plus driver and yet it was the most disorganized. Asked for more money on bus for the "Walking Tour" felt a bit like a scam, said it was a new program yet everyone had the freedom to go where they wanted whether you paid the extra money or not. Dwayne said many things that he shouldn't have, i.e. making fun on the Native Americans, Orientals, etc. He was way out of line and unprofessional, we were a bit stunned as to some of the things that came out of his mouth! He should be taught what is ethical and what isn't.
